Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms cover your use of COME TOGETHER, at cometogether.lol. By buying a ticket, running an event, or using the site at all, you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
COME TOGETHER is a ticketing platform. We are not the promoter of the events sold here.
When you buy a ticket, you are buying from the organizer of that event, not from us. They set the price, decide what the ticket admits you to, run the event, and are responsible for it. Payment goes to the organizer's own account and we take a fee for providing the platform.
That distinction matters most when something goes wrong: questions about an event, an entry problem, a change of date or a refund are between you and the organizer. We will help where we can, and we can pass a message on, but we cannot promise a refund for an event we do not run.
Buying a ticket
Your ticket is a licence to attend, not property. It admits one person, once, to the event it names, subject to the organizer's conditions and the venue's.
We take payment when you buy. Prices are shown in US dollars and include our fee and card processing — what you see on the button is what your card is charged.
Your ticket is delivered by email and lives in your account. Do not share the barcode: whoever presents it first is admitted, and we cannot tell an honest guest from someone who was sent a screenshot.
All sales are final. See Refunds, which is part of these terms.
Entry is at the organizer's and venue's discretion. They may refuse entry, or remove you, for reasons including age, identification, intoxication, conduct, or capacity. A ticket does not guarantee entry if you cannot meet the conditions the event advertised.
Age limits are real. Where an event states a minimum age, bring identification. A ticket bought for an event you are not old enough to attend is not refundable for that reason.
Transfers and resale
You may send a ticket to somebody else through your account, where the organizer allows it. The ticket becomes theirs and stops working for you.
Do not resell above face value unless the organizer says you may. Tickets found to have been touted may be cancelled without a refund.
If the event changes
A postponement is not a cancellation. Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make it, the organizer's refund policy applies — see Refunds.
If the event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunding what you paid for your tickets. Our fee and card processing are not returned to the organizer, and may not be returned to you; the organizer's policy governs.
Line-ups, times and venues can change. A change of support act, set time or room is not usually grounds for a refund.
Your account
Keep your password and your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else is using it.
Do not: use the site to break the law; sell tickets to something you are not entitled to sell; scrape, overload or probe the site; attempt to use somebody else's ticket; or misrepresent who you are.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, and cancel tickets bought with it.
For organizers
If you run events here, you also agree that:
- You are the seller. You are the merchant of record for your sales. You are responsible for the event, for what you promise on your event page, for your own refund policy, and for any tax you owe.
- You will honour your published policies, including refunds where your policy or the law requires them.
- You will refund your buyers if you cancel, and promptly.
- Our fee is earned when a sale completes and is not returned on a refund or a chargeback.
- Fee credit is a gift, not money. If we have offered your organization fee credit, then when an event of yours is over, a share of the COME TOGETHER fees it paid comes back as credit, which you claim by closing the event out. We offer it at our discretion and at a rate agreed with you. Credit reduces the COME TOGETHER fee on your organization's later sales automatically. It never covers card processing fees, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, belongs to your organization rather than to any person, and expires three months after the event that earned it ended. It ends if your organization closes. We may change or withdraw the offer for events created in future; events already set up, and credit already earned, keep their terms.
- You keep the money and the liability. Chargebacks, disputes and losses on your sales come out of your account, not ours.
- You may not sell anything unlawful, and you may not use the platform for anything we reasonably consider harmful or fraudulent.
Full detail of how the tools work is in the Organizer Handbook.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking for a refund, the ticket stops working immediately and you will not be admitted. Ask the organizer first: a refund they agree to is faster than a dispute, and a dispute you lose leaves you with neither the money nor the ticket.
Our responsibility
We provide the platform as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will never be unavailable, or that an event page is free of mistakes made by the organizer who wrote it.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees we received on your transaction. We are not liable for the event itself, for anything that happens at a venue, or for an organizer's conduct.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitation applies only as far as it is permitted.
Privacy
We keep the details needed to sell and deliver a ticket: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and what you bought. The organizer of an event you buy from receives the details they need to run it and admit you.
Marketing is separate: the box at checkout is ticked by default for email from that organizer, you can untick it, agreeing to hear from one organizer is not agreeing to hear from anybody else, and every marketing message has a way out.
We count where visits to an event page came from — the site that linked to it, or a tag the organizer put in their own link — as daily totals per event. If you don't buy anything, nothing is kept about you: no record of your visit, no identifier, no tracking cookie. If you do buy, your order records which of those counts you arrived in, so the organizer can see what their posts did.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published when you bought.
