Refunds

Last updated 18 September 2026

All sales are final

Tickets bought on COME TOGETHER are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You are buying from the event's organizer, not from us, and a ticket takes a seat out of the room that could have been sold to somebody else. So a change of plans, a change of mind, a clash in your calendar, bad weather, or not being able to travel are not grounds for a refund.

Buy carefully, and check the date, the time, the venue and the age limit before you pay.

When you do get your money back

If the event is cancelled. The organizer refunds what you paid for your tickets. You do not need to ask.

If the organizer's own policy is more generous. An organizer may publish a refund policy on their event page — a cut-off date, an exchange window, a "sold out and we resold your ticket" rule. Their policy wins over this one, and it is shown on the event page and at checkout, above the pay button.

If the event is postponed and their policy allows it. A ticket stays valid for the new date. Whether you can have your money back instead is the organizer's decision, under their policy.

If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, tell us and we will sort it out.

Asking for a refund

  1. Ask the organizer, using the contact details on the event page. They decide, and they hold the money.
  2. If you cannot reach them, write to hello@cometogether.lol with your order number and we will pass it on. We cannot make the decision for them.
  3. Do not start a chargeback first. Disputing a charge with your bank stops your ticket working immediately, and if you lose the dispute you have neither the money nor the entry. It is slower than asking.

What is not returned

Fees. Our platform fee and the card processing fee are not returned on a refund. They were charged when the sale completed.

Add-ons that have been used. A drink voucher already redeemed is not refundable.

Tickets you have sent to somebody else. Once a ticket is transferred it is theirs, and the refund question is theirs too.

Where the law says otherwise

Consumer protection law in your country or state may give you rights that this policy cannot take away. Nothing here removes them. If your local law entitles you to a refund, you are entitled to it.
